Can I use my Mobile Phone at Cadets?

Mobile phones provide many benefits to individuals, particularly when they are used as a tool for personal safety and security.  However to ensure that mobile phones are not misused, the following rules apply;

1. Cadets who have a mobile phone are to either leave it with parents / guardians prior to attending any cadet activity or place it in the care of adult staff members on arrival.  The phone will be returned at the end of the activity / training.
2. Any cadet found to have a mobile phone in their possession while part of any cadet activity (in or out of uniform) will be immediately removed from training, the incident documentated and returned to their parent or carer.
